my recent stay at quality inn was a pleasant surprise compared to my last visit in gallup. the friendly staff made everything easier, and the easy access from the highway was a plus. i loved the clean room and enjoyed hearing the freight trains passing by throughout the night.

The staff was best and everything was terrific. The hotel's location was convenient, adjacent to surrounding areas in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, and 2 restaurants right off the highway. Furthermore, close to everything Very quiet. We ate at the attached restaurant. We greatly enjoyed staying in this property, it was great.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and found it to be a great fit for business travelers. the meeting room accommodated our group of 25 well, and the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected. I also appreciated having access to copy and fax services during my stay, which was quite helpful.

One service I missed for my work was the availability of a printer in the business area, as it would have made things more convenient for me.

The room was fine, once we got in. Had to go back to the desk 3 times before the key would work and it was a long walk. the key failed again in the morning.

lousy key system

The hotel is clean with accommodating and fairly friendly staff. the location is excellent, situated in a really quiet area near surrounding states like Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. Conveniently close to stores and within walking distance to Ripley's Believe It or Not. Good food is available at the attached restaurant.

Staff was very rude and professionally incompetent. We had problems with our credit cards and they charged us a lot more than what we were supposed to pay. Bad experience. Therefore, the air conditioning didn't work properly. Breakfast was terrible. A very small room at clients' disposal, with poor food. You had to wait to eat something because quantity wasn't enough.

No inside access to 2nd floor from lobby

The room was lovely, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent, near the mall. Additionally, it's conveniently situated near various attractions in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.

It was a nice stay and had all we needed. Breakfast included was also nice. Freindly staff.

The walls seemed too thin, could hear a lot of nosie from other units

The breakfast could be more organized, food was not always available. Would suggest a sign to hae parents help those under 12,why because a family had several who loaded thir plates with all the bacon and eggs, when if they had taken a normal amount , there would hae been enough for other guests.
